Points to be Noted

Forfeiture Clause :

Before Allotment – Applicants may withdraw application money at any time before the issue of provisional allotment letter and may get full refund of the application money without any interest and after deduction of a fixed service charge of 25% (twenty five percent) of the application money.
After Allotment - In case of cancellation of allotment before issuance of possession letter, all amounts paid by the allottee will be refunded without any interest, after deduction of a fixed service charge of 5% of the total sale price of the apartment and the car parking space. In case of cancellation, the allottees shall have no right and/or lieu on the apartment.
In addition to the above payments you are required to pay the registration charges, stamp duty, transformer charges if any as per actuals and all other allied expenses.

Cheques/bank drafts to be issued in favour of "Svarna Infrastructure & Builders Pvt.Ltd.", payable at Kolkata.

Prices are subject to revision without prior notice and price ruling on the date of booking and acceptance by company only shall be applicable.

The other terms and conditions of sale would be as per the standard agreement for sale of the company.
