Commercial Buildings at Gurgaon – The group has constructed the above commercial
buildings at Plot No.38 & 67 both in Sector– 32, NH-8, Gurgaon. Both the buildings
are having an area of about 40000 sq.ft. each. The building at Plot No.67 has been
given on rent to Glaxo whereas that on Plot No.38 to an MBA College, which is also
carrying on various other courses such as fashion designing, interior designing,
Textile designing, Jewellery designing besides various other vocational courses,
with hostel facilities.
