1) Rate per sq.ft -
For Outright Sale - Rs. 3,800/-for 1st to 5th floor (Height 3.775 mtrs)
Rs. 4,200/- for Ground floor (Height 4.175 mtrs)
For Lease - Rs. 34/-for 1st to 5th floor (Height 3.775 mtrs)

2) Super Built-up proportion-
