Overview The firm has proposed to undertake a 5 Star Hotel project under the name METROPOLIS at Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana. To implement the same, the firm has purchased land measuring 5.75 Acres situated on Sohna-Gurgaon Road. The site has been already approved by the govt. as suitable for developing a hotel.

The location of the proposed project is quite ideal as it is prominently located in the new area of Gurgaon, which is a fast developing sector, and has been approved as per the new Master Plan. As per the new master plan, this area of Gurgaon is mushrooming with a number of projects with almost 8 million sq. ft. of office area, and other notable commercial areas, dotted with numerous residential towers and townships, with more than 15,000 Dwelling Units, fall within a circle of 5 Kms. The proposed project shall pioneer in providing world class hospitality services in the area.
